The Medieval Murderers

Before this past Christmas, i was recommended to series called, "The Medieval Murderers", and I was immediately drawned to it.  There are six titles in the series; "King Arthur's Bones", "The Lost Prophecies', "The Tainted Relic", "The Sword of Shame", "The House of Shadows", and "The Sacred Stone".

What makes this series so special, is that it brings together a collection of our favourite Medieval Mystery writers, such as; Bernard Knight, Susanna Gregory, Michael Jecks, Philip Gooden, Ian Morson, and C.J. Sansom. Who create a theme like the discovery of King Arthur's Bones, and then each author writes a continuation of the story by creating their own mystery using their sleuths like Bernard Knight's Sir John de Wolfe, within a chapter.  It is similar to "Passing the Torch", with each author giving it their magic touch.  I have read "King Arthur's Bones", and it was a thrilling ride, and I am looking forward to reading the others.

The series can be purchased at most online book retailers, but the best one is through abeBooks, (check the ad on the page).  Especially if you want to purchase 1st Editions and hardcovers, abeBooks is you best choice. This series is highly recommended and must for anyone who loves this Medieval Mystery genre, and I hope The Medieval Murderers write some more.
